June 21 is celebrated as the ‘International Yoga Day’ every year. This Day is used to create awareness about the facts and effects of Yoga on the health of the people. In India Yoga is considered to be 5,000 years old mental, physical and spiritual practice.

International Yoga Day 2024 Theme

The official theme for International Yoga Day 2024 is “Yoga for Women Empowerment”.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central organized Yoga Day for the overall well-being of the doctors, nurses, and ward boys in helping to prepare them for future pandemics.
