Wockhardt Hospitals in Nagpur celebrated International Women’s Day through its campaign- “I am fearless”.
This year’s theme for International Women’s Day, “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”, celebrates the tremendous efforts of women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Women face several personal and professional challenges in their day-to-day lives. To help them manage this pressure, Dr. Sushil Gawande, Consultant- Psychiatry conducted a lecture. This was followed by a lecture by Dr. Riya Mangtani, Consultant- Gynaecology on “Hormonal changes in women in different phases of life”.
The event was concluded by various cultural performances.
